🛒 Ingredients
- •2 tbsp NutraRoot Creamy Peanut Butter
- •1 ripe banana (frozen is best)
- •1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- •1/4 cup rolled oats
- •1 tsp chia seeds
- •A handful of ice cubes

- 1Add the almond milk, frozen banana, oats, and NutraRoot Creamy Peanut Butter into a blender.
- 2Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- 3Add ice cubes and blend for another 15 seconds for a thicker, colder texture.
